Through these last 2 years of working with Jordan, not only have I seen a major change in my body and how I move, but others around me tell me how much I have grown my game. Jordan always checks in to make sure I’m doing well both physically and mentally before our sessions so we both know how to attack it.

When I pulled my hamstring while in track season, Jordan was able to help me rehab and get back on track in 3 weeks. Not only did I run, but I also pr’d in the 100m. Jordan is a great trainer, mentor, and even better person. There isn’t anyone else I would’ve rather trained with to help me get to this point in my career than him.
